ed33 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with ed33

To open and maintain an ed33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ed33 does not accept players under 21 years old under any circumstance.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and in your own interest.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ed33 or any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner company of ed33.

When registering an account with ed33, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. ed33 may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.
• Proof of the mobile number and payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered to your ed33 account.
• Any additional documentation ed33 deems necessary to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.
• Proof of address, which may be satisfied by a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active ed33 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same household address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. ed33 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ed33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and may forfeit any bonuses, free spins, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

ed33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawal requests are processed by ed33 during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). By requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that the funds represent legitimate winnings and that no conditions are outstanding on those funds. The following terms apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit to the account (bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully verified. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

ed33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (including offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per payment method. Claiming the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• ed33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.
• Free spins credited as part of a bonus are valid for the stated game and expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins are forfeited upon expiry.

• Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG system and are not subject to manipulation by ed33 or any third party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (including disconnection, server error, or power outage), ed33 will attempt to restore the game session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bets placed during the affected session will be refunded to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing bets. ed33 accepts no liability for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.

Cricket betting markets on ed33, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures, are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, ed33 will settle all open bets as void and return stakes to player accounts. Live betting markets close at the start of the relevant match or event. Bets placed after the market closes will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ed33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share account access, or manipulate game results in any way, including in live dealer games.
• Using the ed33 platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Bangladesh law or international standards.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account credentials.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in ed33 or any third-party game provider software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

ed33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its discretion. Grounds for such action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the ongoing relationship with ed33.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6.1, including bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated tools.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period requested by ed33, or failure to provide supporting documentation when reasonably requested.

ed33 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond ed33's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability. ed33 accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player as a result of platform downtime or interruption, including missed betting opportunities during a live sporting event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed33's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any dispute related to gameplay or transactions, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ed33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ed33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ed33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ed33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ed33 platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the ed33 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting ed33 support via live chat. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
